30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. You won't need to pay for anything.

Silvervine sticks

Silvervine sticks are consumable and can't be returned once opened. If they arrive damaged, the policy above applies.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, your order may already be on its way.
